Real Life Emergency Training is about professional service, quality life-saving training that is up-to-date, and deep- rooted integrity. As a family-owned business, Real Life Emergency Training has experienced instructors who are certified through the American Safety & Health Institute. We provide you with thorough, easy to understand, quality training to give you the confidence, ability, and knowledge you need to save lives. Real Life Emergency Training offers its classes at fair and comparable prices and convenient times and best of all, we come to you.
Mission:
Our mission with Real Life Emergency Training is to equip as many people as possible, regardless of occupation or place in life, with life-saving knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Real Life Emergency Training wants its students and class attendees to leave any training session with the confidence to assist anyone in any emergency.
It is our goal to present this serious information with professionalism, care, integrity, and a little bit of fun.
OUR STAFF
Meet John Young, General Manager, Basic Instructor Trainer, Training Center Director, and the Master of Lame Jokes. Yes, you guessed it; John needs all those titles to feed his constant need for approval. Seriously, John is the genius of the outfit and also the one who wrote the contents of this website (go figure). John handles marketing and customer service and teaches the occasional class. Oh, and he has a remarkable sense of humor, just ask him.
Here is Evelyn Young, Operations Manager, Class Observer, and John’s rib bruiser (ouch, what?! It’s true…now let me finish writing this). Evelyn handles incoming calls and questions, maintains our schedule, and basically runs the entire behind-the-scene side of our training center. However, she feels the hardest aspect of her job is continually telling John to straighten up his desk.
Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-1PM. However, we conduct classes according to your schedule to include evenings. We do ask that you not request our services on Sunday. Feel free to call our office anytime, day or night, our voicemail is the only thing that works 24/7.
